By far the most distressed hat in my Diamonds & Rust series, this is VAGABOND. Joan Baez sings about the original vagabond who wandered straight into her heart…it was Bob Dylan. Totally UNISEX, it's my ode to Joan's vagabond. It's a vintage Bailey cowboy hat that was already selling aged. I took it a few steps further with bleach, burning, stitching, and etching. The band is cut from a 40 year old kilim pillow cover. On top, deerskin dyed British tan, twine, suede laces and a silver metal pirates cross. A plain wild turkey feather adorns the side and some stars and a crescent moon are etched into the brim. It's a killer old hat, for that perfect bohemian. Size 7 1/8 or 57cm or 22 1/4” I have sizing pads for smaller heads-just ask!.
